Rental Requirements
A quick rundown of what you need to rent from us. Nothing complicated — just the basics to keep every rental smooth and safe.
Valid Government ID
A current, government-issued photo ID (driver’s license) is required for every rental.
Payment & Deposit
We collect payment and a refundable deposit before the rental leaves. The deposit is returned once equipment is returned in good condition.
Proof of Coverage
For certain equipment we may ask about insurance or a signed damage waiver. We’ll let you know what applies when you book.
Signed Rental Agreement
A simple rental agreement outlines the rate, return date, and care expectations. We’ll go over it together at pickup.
Renter Responsibilities
When you rent from us, you’re responsible for the equipment while it’s in your care. Here’s what we ask of every renter:
- Operate equipment only for its intended use and within its rated capacity.
- Return equipment clean and with the same fuel level it left with.
- Report any damage, malfunction, or safety concern right away.
- Make sure your tow vehicle and hitch are properly rated when towing a trailer.
- Keep equipment within the agreed rental period or contact us to extend.
