Valid Government ID
A current, government-issued photo ID (driver’s license) is required for every rental.
Payment Only — No Deposit
You pay the rental rate. That's it. No deposit required for most rentals. This is a major advantage over big national rental chains. Fast approval process.
Proof of Coverage
For certain equipment we may ask about insurance or a signed damage waiver. We'll let you know what applies when you book.

Signed Rental Agreement
A simple rental agreement outlines the rate, return date, and care expectations. We’ll go over it together at pickup.
Renter Responsibilities
When you rent from us, you’re responsible for the equipment while it’s in your care. Here’s what we ask of every renter:
- Operate equipment only for its intended use and within its rated capacity.
- Return equipment clean and with the same fuel level it left with.
- Report any damage, malfunction, or safety concern right away.
- Make sure your tow vehicle and hitch are properly rated when towing a trailer.
- Keep equipment within the agreed rental period or contact us to extend.
