A little prep makes rental day easier. Clear a path to the work area, note any soft ground or obstacles, and make sure there is room to unload an equipment trailer if you are picking up a machine. For scissor lifts and compactors, a stable, level surface matters for safe operation.
If you are towing a trailer for pickup, confirm your vehicle and hitch are rated for the load — our equipment and dump trailers are 14k capacity. We are happy to walk you through safe towing and loading at pickup.
When you request availability, let us know your job location and whether you want pickup in Caldwell or delivery to your job site. We will make sure you have what you need before your project date.
